Our room
During our visit, we stayed in a Nilaya Suite. Everything in our suite reflected an atmosphere of elegance and good taste.
The suite is spectacular, and the indoor pool with jets was a true haven of relaxation. And if we preferred the outdoors, we had a private lawn terrace, ideal for sunbathing in complete privacy.
We had direct access to the communal pool, which was absolutely gorgeous, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped and charming setting.
Our experience in the Nilaya Suite was unforgettable. We were amazed by the spaciousness, the privacy, and the luxurious details that made every moment feel special.

During the tour, we had a private guide named Santosh, who has been with Evolve Back Hampi for over 10 years. He provided a detailed account of the history and interesting facts about the Hampi temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
It also shares fascinating stories about the ancient Vijayanagara civilization, its monuments, and the symbolism of each temple, providing a profound insight that will leave you speechless. Our experience at Evolve Back, Hampi was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warm hospitality that characterizes the hotel. The property is surrounded by the majestic natural beauty of Hampi, with breathtaking views that transport you to a past steeped in the history and mysticism of India.
The Nilaya Suite where we stayed was spacious and elegantly decorated, with all modern amenities. We enjoyed the private pool and terrace, especially at sunset.
The hotel’s restaurants, Tuluva and Bukka, offered us an authentic culinary journey, with local and global dishes infused with local flavors. Every meal was a delight, prepared with fresh ingredients and presented impeccably. We also had the opportunity to meet the chef and enjoy some pleasant conversations with him.
One of the most memorable experiences was dinner in a raised dining room, which allowed us to enjoy a romantic meal with panoramic views of Hampi’s natural beauty. The serene ambiance created with candles and the personalized attention from the staff made every moment special.
The experiences provided by the hotel exceeded all our expectations and lived up to the standards of this 5-star hotel: The spa is a tranquil space where you can relax and indulge in traditional Indian massage techniques. We also took the nature tour near the hotel, where we were able to see the local flora and fauna. And what we loved most: the guided tour of the temples of Hampi. The expert guide and the luxurious 4×4 vehicle we traveled in made it undoubtedly the highlight of the activities.
And a special mention to the staff at Evolve Back Hampi, probably the best hotel in India, for the exceptional quality of its personnel: from Vipin (the hotel’s General Manager), Bablu, Aneesh, and Ranuka, who made our stay magical and unforgettable, attending to even the smallest detail.
