Day 1: Embarking on Our Underwater Adventure Our exciting journey began with the thrill of boarding the liveaboard. Excitement for what awaited us under the waters kept us excited throughout the day. The Maldives awaited us with its crystal clear waters and dreamy beaches.
Day 2: Manta Point Funnel Our first dive took us to Manta Point, a legendary site for encounters with majestic manta rays. We marveled as these graceful creatures glided around us, creating a spectacle that will be etched in our memories forever.
Day 3: Kudarah Thila and Maaya Thila We explored Kudarah Thila, a vibrant reef where marine life was in full bloom. We observed schools of colorful fish and explored the impressive underwater tunnels and caves. Then, Maaya Thila greeted us with its exciting underwater night life, revealing a completely different scene under the moonlight.
Day 4: Rasdhoo Madivaru and Hammerhead Point At Rasdhoo Madivaru, we encountered the thrilling spectacle of hammerhead sharks in action. Swimming alongside these majestic predators was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Then, at Hammerhead Point, the crystal clear waters allowed us to spot a large number of hammerhead sharks in their natural habitat.
Day 5: Fish Head and Fish Tank Fish Head, also known as Shark Point, left us speechless with its abundant marine life and impressive coral walls. Exceptional visibility allowed us to explore every nook and cranny of this exciting dive site. Then, at Fish Tank, we were greeted by crystal clear waters and reefs full of colorful corals and tropical fish.
Day 6: Bathala Maaga Kanthila and Bathala Thila At Bathala Maaga Kanthila, we marveled at the great variety of species that inhabit this vibrant reef. We observed eagle rays and turtles sharing their home with corals in full bloom. Our last dive at Bathala Thila allowed us to bid farewell to the Central Route with an unforgettable underwater experience.
